For technical support, a $50 fee includes our trip out to you, and your first ninety minutes of service. After that, service is $30 per hour. (Most problems can be fixed within an hour or two, and many problems can be fixed within that first ninety minutes).

We welcome groups large and small and are happy to offer group rates!

  • Private computer tutoring, one on one – $30 per hour
  • Small group computer instructional sessions, groups up to 10 people – $50 per hour
  • Large group computer instructional sessions, groups more than 10 people – $75 per hour

We offer operating system installs/reinstalls at a (somewhat) fixed rate, depending on if we run into any complications during the process. Operating system reinstalls generally require us taking your computer back to our place – we are happy to pick it up and drop it off for you. We do require that you have your own legal copy of the operating system you wish to have installed/reinstalled. $75-125, depending on time required.

Web-hosting and domain name registration

  • Web-hosting up to 100 mb – $36/year
  • Web-hosting up to 500 mb – $60/year
  • Domain registration – $25/year for .ca, $25/year for .com

Webdesign

  • Turning your web design image into HTML code

Digital services

  • Business card layout – $20 for one side, $30 for two sides (this gets you the digital file required by the print shop, size formatted to their needs – we can arrange to have them printed as well if you require and have them delivered to your door – this is an extra charge depending on how many you need etc). Extra $2.00 if you need your file on a cd or dvd.
  • Image scanning – 1.00 per image (300 dpi resolution) + $2.00 for a cd or dvd.
  • Image reformatting to your dimensions and file type specifications (ie for print) – $5 per image, +$2.00 for a cd or dvd
